Developing green tourism is the goal of Quang Nam tourism, which is being unified by the province’s policy and the companionship of tourism businesses in Quang Nam.
With the technical support of the Swiss Sustainable Tourism Organization- SSTP, Quang Nam Tourism Association is advising tourism businesses to practice the Quang Nam Green Tourism Criteria (issued with Decision No. 3570 dated December 4, 2021 of the Provincial People’s Committee).
The set of Quang Nam green tourism criteria is applied to 6 areas of tourism activities. As of March 26, 2022, 14 tourism businesses and establishments have conducted online assessments to apply for a Green Tourism certification.
